Meet the Brexit movers - Andrew Gray, PwC

Andrew Gray - PwC head of Brexit

Andrew Gray — Partner, PwC United Kingdom.

Andrew Gray is PwC's Global Head of Brexit for Financial Services, as well as the chair of PwC UK's Brexit steering committee.

He leads an international team helping clients respond to the strategic challenges of Brexit.

This month Gray contributed to PwC's Beyond Brexit insights series, offering clients eight "no regret decisions" and he urged organisations to appoint a Brexit leader.

Gray argued, "Appointing a 'head of Brexit' and forming a dedicated body accountable for understanding what future events mean for your organisation, and identify the 'triggers' for action, will help you remain agile and quickly mitigate risks as they occur, as well as taking advantage from opportunities that arise."

Gray has over 20 years' experience in the financial services sector.

His client work has involved working with senior executives around Governance and Supervision, Legal Entity restructuring and Business Operating Model design. He has also worked with many clients on responding to complex regulatory issues including Basel and MiFID as well as investigating potential market manipulation and rogue trader issues.
