No Deal in twelve months time, anybody?
Even as sterling collapses against the dollar and the euro again, with the announcement that Boris Johnson is to legislate against any extension of Brexit transition beyond 2020, is it to early for the UK to ask, "What have we done?"
Johnson's English Nationalist government, emboldened by a proper parliamentary majority has already set its face against any lingering relationship with the single market or a customs union — but beyond that, what getting Brexit done means remains as enigmatic as our future relationship with the EU. So much for business certainty.
