Trinity Horne is a consultancy firm specializing in operational performance improvement, with a big reputation for across industries for operational transformation, predictive analytics and management development capabilities. It was formed in 1992, and has bases in London and Limerick. BearingPoint intends to replace the Trinity Horne brand.

With this acquisition, BearingPoint expands its offerings in the area of operational performance consultancy and accelerates its growth in key consulting markets in the UK and Ireland.

"This acquisition is part of our growth agenda in the UK and Ireland. Having partnered with Trinity Horne in the past to deliver projects, we knew that there was a good fit in terms of culture and see this acquisition as a great way to increase our operational performance capabilities," says James Rodger, Regional Leader UK and Ireland BearingPoint.

Peter Mockler, Managing Partner BearingPoint, commented, "Trinity Horne has a strong reputation for helping clients to drive operational performance improvements within their contact centres, back office and field operations. Their proven practice and methodology combined with our own operational excellence capabilities and assets will allow us to develop compelling new value propositions for our existing client portfolio."

It gives us the potential to take our operational improvement capabilities to a significantly larger global audience while also providing the opportunity to offer our client base a substantially broader skills set and expertise," says Brendan Cahill, CEO of Trinity Horne.
