L.E.K. names two new organisational strategy partners in Europe

London: L.E.K. Consulting has appointed Aubry Pierre and Vassilis Economides as Partners in Europe, where they will lead the development and delivery of Organizational Strategy services to clients across the region. L.E.K. says the new Partners bring extensive experience of helping businesses transform their performance by aligning their organization with their business strategy and creating the capabilities required for successful strategy activation.

Aubry Pierre has been advising clients across Europe, the U.S., the Middle East and Asia for more than 20 years. He focuses on corporate strategy, organizational strategy, corporate transformation and strategy activation. His sector experience covers banking, insurance, consumer goods and industrial products.

Vassilis Economides has over 12 years' experience in advising major organizations in Europe, the U.S. and the Middle East on operating model transformation, large-scale performance improvement, and commercial model and pricing effectiveness. Vassilis's sector expertise covers a range of industries, including consumer goods, industrial products and financial services.
