Jackson to lead L.E.K. in US.

London: L.E.K. Consulting has elected Stuart Jackson as President of its North America region. He took up his role on January 1, 2012.

Jackson will oversee the firm's strategy and operations in North America, and will also continue to advise L.E.K. clients. He succeeds Marc Kozin, who is now a Senior Advisor to the firm.

Jackson has been with L.E.K. for nearly 30 years. He has counseled hundreds of companies across healthcare, consumer products, food & beverage and private equity, and is described by L.E.K. as an innovator in the areas of business strategy and management excellence. Immediately prior to his appointment as president Jackson was head of L.E.K.'s Chicago office. He is the author of the acclaimed 2007 book "Where Value Hides: A New Way to Uncover Profitable Growth for Your Business."

Jackson holds an undergraduate degree in Engineering from Cambridge University, and a Master of Business Administration with distinction from INSEAD, where he was also awarded a NATO Fellowship.

L.E.K. has also announced the appointment of six new partners, all of whom were promoted from within the firm.
