Accenture extends maternity rights

Buenos Aires: Accenture is extending paid maternity leave for its full and part-time employees in Argentina to five months, paying full compensation for two additional months beyond the three-month national statutory requirement. "Offering our people differentiated career opportunities includes enabling them to raise children without giving up their professional development," said Sergio Kaufman, president of Accenture Argentina and Hispanic South America. "At Accenture, we are convinced that providing our employees with the means to develop themselves professionally and personally helps us attract, retain and inspire the best talent."
