KPMG sets diversity targets

London: In an industry first, KPMG has revealed the detailed diversity profile of its 11,500 staff. At the same time, the professional services firm has also announced targets, across four areas of gender, ethnicity, disability and sexual orientation, for the next three years, creating a benchmark against which the firm will recruit and develop its workforce. Its data shows, for example, its current partnership is 15% female and 7% BAME, against 2018 targets of 25% and 9% respectively. 93% of the firm's staff completed a diversity profile voluntarily.
