Capgemini launches DCX

Paris: Capgemini plans to combine its key digital assets and capabilities under a new global service line — Digital Customer Experience (DCX). DCX, which draws on a three year industry research programme with MIT Center for Digital Business, will be led by Simon Short and it will be supported by a new dedicated Center of Excellence in India and a global recruitment drive. Capgemini says it has already implemented a number of digital customer experience projects for clients including Hydro Quebec.
