Ex-Diageo strategy director joins KPMG

London: Professional services group KPMG has appointed Jim Grover, former Strategy Director of Diageo PLC, as a Senior Adviser to its Consumer Markets team. He will begin his role at KPMG on March 1, 2014. Grover was a member of Diageo's Executive Committee since its formation in 1997, following the merger of Grand Metropolitan and Guinness. Prior to joining Grand Metropolitan in 1993 he spent twelve years in consulting, initially at Booz Allen and Hamilton and subsequently at OC&C Strategy Consultants, where he was a partner and spent most of his time advising consumer goods companies.
