Roland Berger to reject EY

Munich: Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, one of Europe's biggest — and last — indigenous strategy firms, will decline a takeover offer from professional services group EY this week, according to The Financial Times. Its 250 partners are expected to vote to remain independent. The German firm has discussed and rejected possible merger with other Big Four firms in recent years, and continues to grow its global office network aggressively.
