London: Aimie Chapple, Managing Director of Accenture's Management Consulting business in the UK & Ireland, has been elected President of the MCA (Management Consultancies Association), the trade association for management consultancy firms in the UK.
Chapple joined Accenture in 1992, and has worked with clients in many different sectors to deliver major business change. She was appointed to the Managing Director role in September 2010 and previously led the Talent & Organisation practice.
Commenting on her election, Aimie Chapple said, "I look forward to working with Alan(Leaman) and members to continue to drive excellence in our industry and ensure that together, as members of the MCA, we are driving value for UK economy and contributing to the communities in which we live and work."

Aimie Chapple, who takes over from Paul Winter of Corpra, will be supported by three Vice-Presidents:
