Booz tops Dutch poll

Amsterdam: Booz & Company was named the top management consultancy firm on the Incompany 100, a survey on the performance of professional services organizations in The Netherlands. With an overall score of 7.59, the firm received the highest score of any management consulting firm to date.

Schouten & Nelissen, Ernst & Young, IBM Consulting Services and PA Consulting took the next four places in the survey.

Clients not only mentioned their appreciation for the quality and results generated by Booz's services; they were also very satisfied with the close working relationship. According to Peter Mensing, Managing Partner of Booz & Company in Amsterdam, tight collaboration with clients is a key driver for Booz & Company: "Aside from offering strategic advice, we strive to develop the necessary capabilities to realize winning strategies."

The Incompany 100 survey is conducted annually by Blauw Research among leading Dutch business leaders and measures client satisfaction with professional services firms across several categories. In the category of Management & Organization, Booz & Company scored highest in all four categories of assessment: Results (7.75), Service (7.6), Knowledge (7.5) and Price (7.5). Based on these scores, overall customer satisfaction in Booz & Company reached a weighted average of 7.59. According to Incompany Magazine, this is the highest score ever attained by a management consultancy in this survey.
