BearingPoint makes second acquisition in a month - Trinity Horne

Frankfurt: German management and technology consultancy BearingPoint has acquired UK based Trinity Horne, for an undisclosed sum.

Trinity Horne is a consultancy firm specializing in operational performance improvement, with a big reputation for across industries for operational transformation, predictive analytics and management development capabilities. It was formed in 1992, and has bases in London and Limerick. BearingPoint intends to replace the Trinity Horne brand.

Among Trinity Horne's clients are leading British and Irish utility companies, global financial services organizations as well as media and communication firms. With this acquisition, BearingPoint expands its offerings in the area of operational performance consultancy and accelerates its growth in key consulting markets in the UK and Ireland.

Last month, BearingPoint acquired RiValue GmbH, a German software consultancy which specializes in the development of software solutions for risk management and regulatory reporting in the financial services industry.
